R.I.P Michael Jackson

Michael Jackson, the King of Pop, died today. No lie, he was my first favorite artist when I was younger. My first CD that I listened to regularly was his HIStory album. The first concert I saw, even if it was on Pay Per View, was Michael Jackson's concert.

I first heard the news from Charlee. He was on his phone and he said, "Oh shit, Michael Jackson is dead." I thought it was just a rumor. Then I got texts from my sister and friends telling me that Michael Jackson was dead. I came home to read the articles and it was indeed true, Michael Jackson is dead. Just writing this blog is so surreal. The weird thing is, only yesterday on the way to Del Mar Fair, we were in Bryce's car bumping Michael Jackson. The announcements were all over XM Radio and all the stations were playing music by Michael Jackson.

I really don't have much to say on this matter except, my prayers and thoughts go out to him and his family, especially his kids. Today, a legend died. Rest in Peace, MJ.

Though I loved his old music, this is my favorite song from him.
